Bill Dulaney has represented employers and individuals in employment matters for 30 years. Bill has represented companies and individuals in federal and states courts and before state administrative boards. For the past 10 years, he has assisted licensed professionals with an array of issues before their respective licensing boards and is a frequent speaker on the topics. Additionally, Bill has represented employers litigating OSHA safety issues, construction issues and complex business litigation matters.
Bill prepares and litigates employment matters, including discrimination/termination matters. He works with employers to create comprehensive employment documents for large and small employers. Bill frequently lectures on professional licensure issues, such as codes of ethics, representations before Boards, Board appeals to litigation. Also, he presents information identifying employment pitfalls, such as traditional labor issues changes, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) issues, union avoidance and new employment regulations.
Prior to a career in law, Bill spent 10 years in management with a major construction contractor with offices throughout the eastern part of the country. He uses this experience to assist clients in various employment and contractual compliance issues.
