Bill Mann is a civil litigator, trial and appellate advocate. With over 35 years of legal experience, Bill brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to the Kendo Dulaney team.  His practice focuses on Professional License Defense, Civil Litigation and Appellate Advocacy.

As a Professional License Defense attorney, Bill provides his clients with lawyer ethics defense, judicial ethics defense and medical professional license defense, including the defense of doctors, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and others.

As an experienced trial attorney, Bill has litigated cases throughout Ohio and has personally tried cases to verdict (conclusion) in numerous courts within the state, including administrative agency hearings, jury trials, trials to the court and appellate court arguments.
